In every parcel we send you will find ethyl alcohol pads, so you can cleanse your jewellery, as well the pierced area before inserting your jewellery! However you will need to make sure that your piercing is completely healed and is not irritated, inflamed or infected. Our piercing is handled in a very hygienic space, however is not sanitised.
How to cleanse your Jewellery and Body Piercing?
- In a clean bowl, mix warm water with Antibacterial Soap. Allow your jewellery to soak for at least 15 minutes before removing them. Rinse with tap water ( or even sterile water if possible). Lay your piercing on a clean tissue and allow it dry by before wearing it.
- You can also soak your jewellery in Saline Solution for 10-15 minutes, allow it to dry on dry tissue paper before wearing it.
- In both cases you should make sure that all details are cleaned and there is no left over material. If you can still see material remove it with a wet Q-tip and repeat the process.
Our Jewellery is made mainly with Surgical Steel, 925 Sterling Silver, Titanium and 18K Gold Plating. Even though they are very durable ingredients, is best to avoid often contact with soap that contains alcohol and fragrances, cosmetics, make up, sunscreens. Remove your jewellery before swimming, sauna, spa treatments.
Please only wear your jewellery when your skin is dry from water, cosmetics, parfum, sweat.
Always store your jewellery in the provided box or a seal bag to avoid tarnishing from oxygen.

All our products will be dispatch within a 1-24 business hours' time frame. This time can vary due to unexpected order volumes during high traffic promotional periods. Once your order is dispatched you should receive your tracking number. If you still haven't received your tracking number after 48 business hours since your order is placed, contact us via email at info@no23co.com

Australian Post is our main delivery partners, however we might use another partner during Black Friday or Christmas to avoid delays.
Once your order is placed, you will provide tracking number information. We are glad to assist you in case of delivery delays. Customs delays are out of control.
If you are in a remote area, please contact your local post office to ensure that they can deliver to your address before placing your order in case you don't wish to collect from the post office. We always post to the provided delivery address, it's the customer's responsibility to ensure that courier can deliver to this address before ordering. Shipping cost and handling fees will not refund in case your parcel will return to us from your carrier.
In case the parcel will be returned to us after delivery fail, fail to arrange re-delivery or not picked up from local post (according to tracking information and return parcel declaration) the shipping cost will not be refunded, and product cost will be refunded as store credit only with an 8% restocking fee deduction.
We are not responsible for unexpected delays due to custom controls that might delay your parcel.
In case of a lost parcel contact your carrier, so they can locate your parcel. If you still experiencing issues with the carrier, please contact your carrier first to ensure the parcel is still with them. We cannot request a parcel refund from your local carrier due to privacy reasons, in that case customer will request refund in person. Returns
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item (according to your tracking number) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. No proof of purchase will disqualify your purchase for a return. In case of a partial return you will receive the amount of the returned items. Gifts with purchase need to be returned as well, otherwise their value will be deducted from the total refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@no23co.com from the email that the purchased was placed. Please note that authorised returns will need to be sent back based on the instructions you will receive from our customer care. Return shipping cost on buyer's expenses. All returns must have a valid tracking number.
If your return is accepted, we will refund the item price. Shipping is non refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- Faulty products will receive free replacement with no cost if damage is confirmed.
- Wrong items need to be returned unused and in original condition and packaging.
- Change of mind only available for EU Union orders within 14 day period*
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective to receive a free replacement or to arrange a return if you receive the wrong item. Returns will only be accepted 14 days after receiving the order according to your tracking number updates. Replacements of defective items will be free of charge, but you will need to provide evidence of defects following our prompts.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on sale, clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns that don't comply with the above statement will not be accepted. Not accepting / not collecting your package will disqualify customer of this condition.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you received a gift with purchase, or a free product, the amount of them will be deducted from your total refund, in case they are not returned to us. Any Voucher used amounts will be re-issued and send back to the original email of purchase as showed on the original order.
