Shipping policy
Orders are dispatched within 1–24 business hours.
During peak promotional periods (e.g. Black Friday or holiday sales), dispatch times may be slightly extended due to increased order volume.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Australia Post is our primary shipping partner. In some cases, alternative trusted carriers may be used during high-volume periods to ensure faster delivery.
All orders are shipped with tracking.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and that your local postal service can deliver to your location. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the parcel from the local post office, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returned parcels will be refunded as store credit, minus the original shipping cost and an 8% restocking fee.
Delivery delays caused by customs inspections are outside our control.
If a parcel appears delayed or lost, please first contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number. We are happy to assist by providing shipment confirmation details if required.
