Some items in our store may be offered as pre-order products. This policy explains how pre-order purchases can be changed or cancelled.
Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock but expected to become available soon.
Payment for pre-order items may be charged at the time of purchase.
Estimated dispatch timeframes are provided on the product page. These timeframes are estimates and may change due to supplier delays or factors outside our control.
Cancelling a pre-order
You may request cancellation of a pre-order only before the item has been dispatched.
Once a pre-order has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

Delays
Pre-order delivery dates are estimates only.
Delays may occur due to production schedules, supplier delays, customs processing, or shipping disruptions.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept possible delays outside of our control.
