Due to the hygienic nature of piercing jewellery products, our return policy is limited and specific.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a free replacement once the issue has been confirmed by our customer support team.
You may be asked to provide photo evidence of the defect or incorrect product.
Incorrect items must be returned unused and in original condition and packaging.
Change of mind returns
Change-of-mind returns are available for eligible non-piercing items only within 30 days of receiving your order.
Due to hygiene regulations, body piercing jewellery and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return:
• item must be unused and unworn
• item must be returned in original packaging
• proof of purchase is required
• item must be posted within 7 days after return approval
• any gift with purchase must also be returned, otherwise its value will be deducted from the refund
Refunds are issued as store credit only to the email used when placing the order.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns must include a valid tracking number.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
Due to hygiene regulations, body piercing jewellery and earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
The following items are also non-returnable:
• sale items
• clearance items
• gift cards
• custom or personalised products
• personal care products
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union consumer rights
For orders delivered to countries within the European Union, eligible non-piercing items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Body piercing jewellery and earrings remain excluded due to hygiene regulations unless faulty or incorrect.
Returned items must:
• be unused
• be in original packaging
• include proof of purchase
Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or not collected from the courier will not qualify for refunds.
Refund process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued as store credit to the email address used for the original purchase.
Shipping costs and the 8% restocking fee are not refundable.
If a free gift or promotional item was included in your order and is not returned, its value will be deducted from the refund.
Voucher amounts used in the original order will be re-issued to the original email address.

Failed delivery or unclaimed parcels
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or failure to collect the parcel from the courier or post office, the order will only be refunded as store credit once the customer contacts us.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates once a tracking number has been provided.

Delivery responsibility
We dispatch all orders within the stated timeframe.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or external shipping disruptions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is correct and accessible by the courier.
If delivery is not available at the provided address, customers may need to collect the parcel from the local courier depot or post office.
Shipping costs are not refundable in cases of failed delivery due to incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel.
