In every parcel you will find alcohol pads, so you can cleanse your jewellery, as well as the pierced area before inserting your jewellery. However, you will need to make sure that your piercing is completely healed and not irritated, inflamed or infected. Our jewellery is handled in a hygienic environment, however it is not sterilised.
How to cleanse your jewellery and body piercing
• In a clean bowl, mix warm water with antibacterial soap. Allow your jewellery to soak for at least 15 minutes before removing it. Rinse with tap water (or sterile water if possible). Place the jewellery on a clean tissue and allow it to dry before wearing it.
• You can also soak your jewellery in saline solution for 10–15 minutes. Allow it to dry on clean tissue paper before wearing it.
• In both cases, ensure that all details are properly cleaned and that no residue remains. If you can still see any material, remove it with a wet cotton tip and repeat the process.
Our jewellery is mainly made from Surgical Steel, 925 Sterling Silver, Titanium and 18K Gold Plating. Even though these are very durable materials, it is best to avoid frequent contact with soap containing alcohol or fragrances, cosmetics, makeup and sunscreen. Remove your jewellery before swimming, sauna or spa treatments.
Please only wear your jewellery when your skin is dry and free from water, cosmetics, perfume or sweat.
Always store your jewellery in the provided box or in a sealed bag to help prevent tarnishing from oxygen exposure.

Returns are available for eligible non-piercing items within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our policy.
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
Due to hygiene regulations, body piercing jewellery and earrings cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect.
Approved eligible returns are issued as store credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable and an 8% restocking fee applies.
