All our products will be dispatch within a 1-24 hour time frame. This time can vary due to unexpected order volumes during high traffic promotional periods. Once your order is dispatched you should receive your tracking number. If you still haven't received your tracking number after 48 business hours since your order is placed, contact us via email at info@no23co.com

Australian Post is our main delivery partner, however we might use another partner during Black Friday or Christmas to avoid delays. 

Once your order is placed, we are not responsible for any delays once your order is dispatched. If you have any concerns please use your tracking number to locate your parcel, or contact the carrier. 

In case of a lost parcel contact your carrier, so they can locate your parcel. If you still experiencing issues with the carrier, please email us at info@no23co.com attaching the carrier's response.

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. No proof of purchase will disqualify your purchase for a return. In case of a partial return you will receive the amount of the returned items. Gifts with purchase need to be returned as well, otherwise their value will be deducted from the total refund.

If your return is accepted, we will refund the item price. Shipping is non refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Returns will only be accepted 7 days after receiving the order according to your tracking number updates. (14 days for EU residents)

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We cannot accept returns on sale, clearance items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns that don't comply with the above statement will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you received a gift with purchase, or a free product, the amount of them will be deducted from your total refund, in case they are not returned to us. Any Voucher used amounts will be re-issued and send back to the original email of purchase as showed on the original order.
